Return Policy 
You can easily return from the Daanah app within 15 days from the date of receiving the shipment from the shipping company and in the event that the product is returnable. In the event of a comprehensive liquidation or a specific offer, the products will be declared non-returnable under the label "non-returnable product". Non-returnable products cannot be returned under any circumstances. 
Return Terms 
1  The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and it has all the labels unpeeled and undamaged, and it must be wrapped in the original cover. 
2  Products that cannot be exchanged or retrieved (niqab, subtraction, masks, perfumes, gloves). 
3 If the product is defective or wrong, Daanah application bears the full costs. 
4  When returning the order, the amount paid in the cash on receipt fees and shipping fees will not be refunded to the customer. 
5 Orders paid with a voucher, the voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash amount. 
6  "Daanah" reserves the right to return the product to the customer in the event that the returned product does not meet the guidelines or conditions applicable in the company. 
7 The customer is not entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return. If a product return request is rejected at any stage, the product will be returned to the customer. In the event that the customer did not receive the shipment and the shipping company exhausted the attempts to deliver the shipment to him, the product will be sent to the liquidation department and the customer will not be able to submit a request to return the product again. 

Return Mechanism 
1- Log in to "My Account" 
2- Choose the order from which to return the product 
3- Click on “Return” and select the product(s) to be returned 
4- Then "Confirm" to send the request 
5- The order is entered again, and the “return barcode invoice” is selected and printed 6- The returned shipment is delivered to the shipping company, and it may take from a day to a working week until the product reaches us when it is returned, depending on your location. Once the product arrives at the storage and packing center, wait two business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the refund is processed, it may take (3 days: 14 days) business to credit the refund amount to your credit card account or your "Dana" wallet in case of cash payment. The value of the refund depends on the condition of the returned product. 

Replacement policy

 The return process is first implemented and the amount is placed in the customer's account according to the terms described in the return policy.
